Title: Case study of a physiotherapy care of a patient after total hip replacement Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to get a theoretical and practical knowledge of the implementation of the total hip replacement and its application within the pacient's care. Methods: The bachelor thesis is divided into the General part and the Special part. The General part is dedicated to the total hip replacement issue. I was trying to describe the anatomy and kinesiology of the hip. Than I have been focusing on a coxarthritis, which is the most often diagnosed before the total hip replacement. I also mentioned the types of the total hip replacement and possible post-surgery complication. The important part of the thesis is following treating rehabilitation. In special part I was elaborating a case study of a patient with the total hip replacement. The Case study was made up during the training in the General military hospital (Jan 6th - Jan 31st 2014). It contains input case study, the record of the single therapeutic units, output case study and finally treatment therapy evaluation. Results: I manage the aims of the thesis.
